About us Uno degli obiettivi principali del progetto PRIN-ON era la creazione di una mostra virtuale che mettesse in evidenza gli oggetti emersi attraverso l’indagine delle fonti notarili analizzate dalle unità di ricerca (Benevento, Bologna, Genova e Perugia). L’intento è condividere i risultati della ricerca, offrendo ad un pubblico più esteso esempi concreti collegando i documenti a oggetti custoditi nei musei, nonché a testimonianze iconografiche di grande valore storico. Per favorire una migliore comprensione dell’oggetto selezionato, oltre alla testimonianza visiva, si riporta la trascrizione e traduzione della parte del documento che menziona l’oggetto di interesse. L’utente, all’interno della pagina, ha la possibilità di esplorare le “stanze virtuali”, ognuna delle quali rappresenta una delle quattro città coinvolte nel progetto. All’interno di ciascuna stanza, è possibile osservare gli oggetti e consultare descrizioni dettagliate. One of the main objectives of the PRIN-ON project was to create a virtual exhibition highlighting the objects that emerged from the investigation of notarial sources analysed by the research units (Benevento, Bologna, Genoa and Perugia). The aim is to share the results of the research, offering the public concrete examples by linking the documents to objects kept in museums, as well as to iconographic evidence of great historical value. To facilitate a better understanding of the selected object, in addition to the visual evidence, a transcription and translation of the part of the document that mentions the object of interest is provided. On the page, users can explore the “virtual rooms”, each of which represents one of the four cities involved in the project. Inside each room, it is possible to view the objects from different angles and consult detailed descriptions.
